Gated community members can have a false sense of security by living “behind the gates,” leaving doors unlocked and garage doors open. Criminals take advantage of this complacency. Apex provides gate security personnel to keep track of those entering and exiting the community. As a separate service, our guards patrol the grounds looking for anything amiss.

Front Gate

Our guards are friendly and professional as they check in guests at the community entrance. They review guest lists provided by community members to make sure visitors are permitted access Guards are polite, but firm if a visitor is not authorized to enter.

Security Patrols

Assigning a security guard at a community’s entrance is not enough. Crime happens within these communities. Criminals can jump fences to enter or unscrupulous individuals who live in the community commit crimes in these often affluent neighborhoods. Our security guards patrol the streets of the community and public areas and detain those involved in illegal activities.

Event Security

Many private communities have facilities that host meetings, weddings and other public and private events. Apex security guards provide security personnel for these events. Depending on the type of event, our guards often wear non-intrusive clothing. If a guest becomes unruly, they will act discreetly to remove the guest at the direction of the event organizers.
